Luke 21:36

"Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."

What did Jesus do for you?

Romans 5:19 says:

"For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, So also by one Man's obedience many will be made righteous."

This obedient man is Jesus Christ. John the Baptist testified of Him in John 1:29-34:

"29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said,

“Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

30 This is He of whom I said, ‘After me comes a Man who is        preferred before me, for He was before me.’ 31 I did not know Him;    but that He should be revealed to Israel, therefore I came            baptizing with water.”

32 And John bore witness, saying, “I saw the Spirit descending        from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him. 33 I did not    know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me,    ‘Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him,    this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.’ 34 And I have seen    and testified that this is the Son of God.”

The word of God lets us know our origin. It tells us that "God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being." (Genesis 2:7). After that, we learned that God made a garden and "took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it. At this time, God gives man a commandment; "Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; "but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die." (Genesis 2:16-17).

God also made a woman out of Adam's rib to be his wife. Afterwards, the enemy of God deceived the woman by causing her to desire to be like God, and challenging the Word of God as we see in Genesis 3:3-4: "Then the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die. "For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opend, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil." The woman entretained this idea, and ended up disobeing God's commandement, disregarding God's warning, and persuading her husband into disobeying also. God had established a consequence for disobedience and that consequence was deathTherefore, death entered into the world. Now this death was not only physical, it was also spiritual. Now the communion that they had experienced with God was broken and they found themselves hiding from the presence of the Lord God.      In order to communicate with men, God institutes the animal sacrifices. This became the means through which men could receive pardon and be able to come to God. However, this atonement was temporarily and did not perpetually cover all of men's sins.  In Leviticus 16:34 we read: "This is to be a lasting ordinace for you: Atonement is to be made once a year for all the sins of the Israelites." And it was done, as the LORD commanded Moses. But when Jesus came and put down his life for the world, He became the perfect sacrifice. "For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance... And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission. (Hebrews 9:13-15,22)

"Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned-- (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come. But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by one man's offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.  And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification. For if by the one man's offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)

Therefore, as through one man's offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man's righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life.

For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so also by on Man's obedience many will be made righteous."  (Romans 5:12-19)

What shall one do to receive this gift?

Do not waiver but believe.

"Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,"

Romans 5:1a

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9

"Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends." John 15:13

When Jesus died on the cross, He was demonstrating the ultimate expression of love. He saw what happened in the garden, He knew no man was good enough within himself to pay to free their soul from death, and that Him alone had the power and authority to overcome sin and pay the ransom we could not pay. He was moved with compassion, love and mercy and decided He would make a way where there was no way. This is why He is called The Way. My friend there is no other way in which anyone could be saved. The Lord Jesus Christ wants you to be free from spiritual death, and desires you to be born again, born of the Spirit.

"Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God." John 3:5

Life and Judgment Are Through the Son

"He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” John 3:36

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life." John 5:24

"He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." 1 John 5:12

My friend if you do not have Jesus as your Savior, there is a list of charges against you which you cannot possibly pay. The veredict has already been called and it is death (eternal separation from the presence of God). You cannot pay it, I could not either. Receive Jesus and His blood will make you free of charges and grant you the priviledge and the honor of entering eternal life (knowing God).

Psalm 49:6-9

6 Those who trust in their wealth
And boast in the multitude of their riches,
7 None of them can by any means redeem his brother,
Nor give to God a ransom for him—

8 For the redemption of their souls is costly,
And it shall cease forever—

9 That he should continue to live eternally,
And not see the Pit.

Nothing from this world can pay the offense commited against God.

Only the blood of Christ can satisfied and be acceptable before God to redeem. Receive His gift today! Receive His love! Today is your day of salvation that is why you are reading this, tomorrow might be too late. Call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Repent of your sins and receive pardon for like the Scripture says: "For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13

And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved.’ Acts 2:21

But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.” Acts 15:11

Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 5:9

For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. Romans 5:10

For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Romans 10:13
